Join candidate for congress, Tim Alexander here at the farm on May 2nd at 9am. We will be making Tims’s requested Peanut Butter inspired donut. Don’t miss it!

This is your chance to have real, one-on-one conversations with the candidates for Congress in New Jersey’s 2nd Congressional District (NJ-2). No speeches, just real dialogue with the working families of our community and district. This is your space to talk directly with the people asking for your vote.

  • SPECIAL: Go Nuts for Tim Alexander!
    Candidate for Congress Tim Alexander will be at the farm this Saturday and he has a requested a peanut butter donut. “I am a fan of anything that has peanut butter in it or on it.” We got you, Tim! We will be making a special Peanut Butter Spudnut with chopped nuts for Tim’s visit on Saturday. Don’t miss it!

  • SPECIAL: Chocolate cake donut with Chocolate and Peanut Butter icing.
    A chocolate cake donut dipped in chocolate and drizzled with a perfect amount of peanut butter icing. Just for you, Tim.

  • Potato and Curry Spudnut
    The curry spudnut came to be, because of my love of takeaway curry chips. These hot, fried spuds dipped in a warming curry sauce (likely McDonnells) are perfect on a cold and rainy Irish day. This recipe is a New Jersey-ized version of that treat. A sweetened potato dough, deep fried, and dipped in a slightly spicy, but very sweet curry icing. Perfect for a hot morning on a sunny summer day in South Jersey. Our icing is made with a splash of apple cider, a blend of Jamaican and Indian curry spices, and a whole lot of powdered sugar.

  • Buttermilk donuts with Chocolate/Vanilla Icing/Cinnamon Sugar
    Our classic cake donuts made with our free-range eggs and topped with either chocolate or vanilla icing, maybe some sprinkles if we’re feeling festive. All homemade, from scratch.
