A chocolate cake donut dipped in peanut butter and drizzled with a perfect amount of chocolate icing. Just for you, Tim.Potato and Curry Spudnut
The curry spudnut came to be, because of my love of takeaway curry chips. These hot, fried spuds dipped in a warming curry sauce (likely McDonnells) are perfect on a cold and rainy Irish day. This recipe is a New Jersey-ized version of that treat. A sweetened potato dough, deep fried, and dipped in a slightly spicy, but very sweet curry icing. Perfect for a hot morning on a sunny summer day in South Jersey. Our icing is made with a splash of apple cider, a blend of Jamaican and Indian curry spices, and a whole lot of powdered sugar.Buttermilk Donuts with Chocolate/Vanilla Icing/Cinnamon Sugar
Our classic cake donuts made with our free-range eggs and topped with either chocolate or vanilla icing, maybe some sprinkles if we’re feeling festive. All homemade, from scratch.
